No. 7 (2015): Villas, farms, rural settlements. A regional approach
For issue 7 we inquire into the different ways of classifying rural communities of the Roman period; we examine whether the conventional categories of villa and farm are still valid and sufficient to explain the diversity of sites excavated or whether we need to consider a larger variety of types.
